With sustainability as the central axis of its strategy, Portafolio Inmobiliario drives development by transforming our cities. Its commitment includes measuring its footprint in environmental, social, and governance areas, mitigating negative impacts and enhancing positive ones.

In 2024, it concluded the execution cycle of its first sustainability strategy 2020-2024, a period that allowed for the consolidation of a broader and more integrated vision of sustainability as the central axis of its business model.

Our Tenants

Founded in 2005. It has operations in Tampa, Florida, Shenzhen China, and now Grecia, Costa Rica. DDS Lab is a dental laboratory that designs, manufactures, and markets a complete line of fixed and removable dental products. It offers intraoral scanning services, digital printing, consultancies, and online courses.
It began operations in Costa Rica Green Valley in March 2024.

As part of its global expansion process, ProMed Molded Products, an American company specialized in the design and manufacturing of silicone and plastic components for medical devices, announced its operations in Costa Rica with the construction of a manufacturing plant in the Costa Rica Green Valley business park, located in Grecia.
It has not yet begun operations in Costa Rica Green Valley. The industrial building is in the final phase of the exterior construction process and will soon begin interior renovations.

Nelipak Corporation, a leading global provider of packaging solutions for the healthcare sector—including medical devices, diagnostics, pharmaceutical drug delivery, and other demanding applications—announced that it will establish a new packaging production site in Grecia, Alajuela, Costa Rica. Nelipak has operated in Costa Rica since 2012, offering thermoformed trays, die-cut mounting cards, and other products for the growing medical device manufacturing
community.
It has not yet begun operations in Costa Rica Green Valley. The industrial building is in the early stages of the construction process.
