The organization seeks to reduce water consumption by 20%, energy intensity by 10%, and waste sent to landfills by 60% compared to 2022, in addition to achieving zero net losses. In 2025, it will begin constructing its biodiversity baseline at CRGV to measure operational and construction impacts, and has a Manual for Integrated Water Resource Management. It has been recognized with several Blue Flag Ecological Awards in the categories of Sustainable Construction (2022 and 2023) and Climate Change (2023), as well as the Carbon Reduction Inventory recognition (2024). It also supports citizen science initiatives and collaborates with TEVU on bird counts for the El Achiote Interurban Biological Corridor.
