Our first Sustainability Report Following the Standards of the Global Reporting Initiative

Portafolio Inmobiliario´s first Sustainability Report shares the company´s progress implementing its Sustainability Strategy 2020-2024.

This report covers operations of the company and its subsidiaries in Costa Rica during 2022. It has been written in conformance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards.

The report applies GRI reporting principles to ensure the quality of its information and its fulfillment of those requirements for the presentation of general organizational disclosures and material topics. The report has been reviewed and approved by the highest level of management.
